Blok Games End-User License Agreement(EULA)

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Blok Games ("Company" or "we") and you ("User" or "you") regarding your use of the game Auto Empire: Trade & Drive ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the Game or its content.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Game or any part of it.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
Create or distribute cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software interacting with the Game.
Exploit the Game or any part of it, including for real-world monetary gain, in any unauthorized manner.
Interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers or connected networks.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may have the opportunity to create, modify, or share content within the Game ("User-Generated Content"). By creating or sharing such content, you:

Grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User-Generated Content in connection with the Game.
Represent and warrant that your User-Generated Content does not infringe on the rights of third parties and complies with all applicable laws.
4. VIRTUAL GOODS AND CURRENCY
The Game may include virtual goods or virtual currencies that can be purchased or earned within the Game. These items:

Are licensed to you and do not represent real-world currency or property.
Are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except as explicitly permitted within the Game.
May be modified, removed, or invalidated by the Company at its sole discretion at any time.
5. PRIVACY
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Game, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Game at any time for any reason, including violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [APPLICABLE JURISDICTION, e.g., the Republic of Turkey], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the updated Agreement within the Game or on the Company’s website. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
